Turn on your oven and set it to 425℉.

Chop the peeled broccoli stems into thin, long matchstick-style pieces.

Grab a big bowl and stir together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, 3 tbsp of grated Parmesan, and Italian herbs.

Toss the broccoli sticks in the bowl to coat them evenly. Press one side of each into the shredded Parmesan.

Lay the sticks on a baking sheet with the cheese side facing down. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden and crispy, or air fry at 400℉ for 8 mins instead.
