# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef thoroughly, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain off and discard any excess fat.
02 - Sprinkle all-purpose flour evenly over the browned beef. Stir to combine, then add milk gradually, whisking constantly to ensure a smooth sauce without lumps.
03 - Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Combine well. Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until thickened.
04 - Add cooked pasta, crumbled beef bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
05 - Serve while hot. For additional flavor, garnish with extra shredded cheddar or more crumbled beef bacon as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the sauce is whisked continuously to prevent lumps and achieve a creamy consistency.
