# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup milk
06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until well browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
02 - Sprinkle flour over the browned beef. Stir until evenly coated, then gradually pour in milk while whisking to achieve a smooth texture.
03 - Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
04 - Add cooked pasta, crumbled beef bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir thoroughly until the cheese melts and pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
05 - Serve hot. For more flavor, garnish with additional cheddar or crumbled beef bacon as desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimum creaminess, use freshly shredded cheddar and toss pasta in the sauce immediately after draining.
