Brie Bacon Omelette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 slices of Brie cheese
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon of butter
04 - Salt and pepper, as you like
05 - 3 rashers of streaky bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Sizzle the bacon in a hot pan until it’s crispy or as soft as you like it. Take it out, then chop it into small pieces.
02 - Pop a non-stick pan on medium-low heat. Toss in a small amount of butter, stir it around until the bottom is coated.
03 - Crack the eggs and give them a good whisk until they’re blended (don’t make them too bubbly). Add a pinch of salt and some pepper.
04 - Pour your egg mix into the heated pan. As the edges set, gently lift them with a rubber spatula. Let it cook just how you like it.
05 - Place the bacon chunks and Brie over half the omelette. Fold the other side over the filling. Slide it onto a plate carefully and enjoy it right away.
