Crispy Bacon Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 strips bacon, sliced thin
02 - 18 asparagus spears, ends trimmed off
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 200C/400F and spread parchment paper on a large baking tray.
02 - Group three asparagus spears together, wrap them with a bacon slice, and lay them on the tray. Brush with butter, then sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
03 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, keeping an eye on the bacon to get it nice and crispy.
04 - When it’s done, take the tray out and brush balsamic vinegar on the bundles for a tangy finish.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
02 - Freeze by letting them cool, then adding to a zip-top bag and freezing for 6 months max.
03 - Reheat them using an air fryer, microwave, or your oven.
