01 -
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined. Set aside.
03 -
Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12x12-inch square, then cut into 16 equal squares. Place each square onto the prepared baking sheet.
04 -
Spoon 1 teaspoon of seasoned pizza sauce onto each square, then top with 1 teaspoon pepperoni and 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese.
05 -
Wet the outer edges of each dough square with water. Fold one corner up to the center, then fold the two left and right corners to the center. Fold the top corner down to fully enclose the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
06 -
Lightly press edges with fingers or a fork to secure the seal. Arrange sealed pizza rolls in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
07 -
Air fry for 8 minutes, or until deep golden brown.
08 -
Serve hot with optional ranch dressing or extra pizza sauce for dipping.
