# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
02 - 60 millilitres warm water
03 - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
04 - 180 millilitres whole milk
05 - 180 millilitres plain Greek yogurt
06 - 60 millilitres neutral oil
07 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
08 - 500 grams all-purpose flour
09 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
10 - 1.5 teaspoons fine salt

→ Garlic Butter

11 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
12 - 70 grams unsalted butter
13 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

# Directions:

01 - Combine active dry yeast, sugar, and warm water in a mixing bowl. Allow to rest for 10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add flour, milk, yogurt, minced garlic, oil, baking powder, and salt to the yeast mixture. Using a dough hook, mix on medium speed until a smooth dough ball forms.
03 - Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 3 minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
04 - Turn out dough onto a floured surface. Divide into 10 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc to fit your air fryer basket.
05 - Place one or two flattened discs in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook at 188°C for 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes until golden.
06 - While naan cooks, melt butter in a heatproof bowl. Stir in minced garlic and parsley.
07 - Brush cooked naan immediately with the garlic butter mixture before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure dough is well covered during proofing to prevent drying and achieve a light texture.
