Combine active dry yeast, sugar, and warm water in a mixing bowl. Allow to rest for 10 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, milk, yogurt, minced garlic, oil, baking powder, and salt to the yeast mixture. Using a dough hook, mix on medium speed until a smooth dough ball forms.

Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 3 minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Turn out dough onto a floured surface. Divide into 10 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc to fit your air fryer basket.

Place one or two flattened discs in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook at 188°C for 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes until golden.

While naan cooks, melt butter in a heatproof bowl. Stir in minced garlic and parsley.

Brush cooked naan immediately with the garlic butter mixture before serving.
