2 Ingredient Air Fryer Donut (Print View)

Fluffy donut bites made with two ingredients and air fried for a quick, sweet snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Dough

01 - 1 cup self-rising flour
02 - 5 ounces sweetened Greek yogurt

→ For the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating

03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - Melted chocolate, for drizzling (optional)
06 - Butter, for coating

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir with a spatula until a cohesive, soft dough forms.
02 - Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently by hand until the dough is smooth and free of dry flour patches. If sticky, lightly oil hands to prevent sticking.
03 - Divide dough into two pieces and roll each into a log, approximately 1 inch thick. Cut logs into small portions, each weighing about 0.3 ounces. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. Lightly brush air fryer basket with oil.
05 - Toss dough balls in melted butter and arrange them in the basket, spacing to allow for expansion. Air fry for 5 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
06 - While warm, coat bites in melted butter, then roll immediately in cinnamon-sugar to ensure even coverage.
07 - Enjoy immediately, plain or with a drizzle of melted chocolate if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For a more even glaze, ensure bites are coated in cinnamon-sugar while still warm. Use a kitchen scale for consistent sizing.
