02 - 4 medium wheat flour tortillas (15 cm diameter)
03 - 4 large round tostada shells

→ Beef Filling

04 - 450 g ground beef
05 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
06 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 80 ml water

→ Toppings

10 - 120 ml nacho cheese sauce
11 - 1 large tomato, diced
12 - 60 g iceberg lettuce, shredded
13 - 120 ml sour cream

→ For Cooking

14 - Olive oil spray

# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Once fully browned with no pink visible, drain excess fat and return beef to skillet.
02 - Add taco seasoning, ground cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to ensure beef is evenly coated. Pour in water, reduce heat, and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and preheat for 5 minutes.
04 - Place a large tortilla on a clean work surface. Add approximately 60 g of beef mixture in the centre. Drizzle 30 ml nacho cheese sauce over the meat. Add one tostada shell, followed by a portion of diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and 30 ml sour cream. Top with a medium tortilla.
05 - Wrap the base tortilla tightly around the fillings, folding the edges inward until sealed. Press gently to secure the folds.
06 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the assembled wrap seam side down in the basket. Spray the top with additional olive oil spray. Air fry for 4 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again, until golden and crisp.
07 - Repeat assembly and air frying with remaining ingredients. Transfer to plates and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To avoid overfilling, ensure fillings are centred and fold tortillas tightly to prevent leaks during cooking.
