# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 15 grams unsalted butter
02 - 450 grams pork sausage, thawed
03 - 40 grams brown sugar
04 - 35 grams chopped walnuts
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
06 - 450 grams brie cheese, whole wheel

→ For Serving

07 - Crostini or pita chips

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the thawed pork sausage, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Sauté until sausage turns golden and no longer pink throughout.
03 - Stir in brown sugar, chopped walnuts, and chopped rosemary to the cooked sausage. Mix thoroughly and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
04 - Using a sharp knife, score the top rind of the brie in a crosshatch pattern. Place the brie in a small ovenproof baking dish.
05 - Evenly spoon the sausage mixture over the prepared brie. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 16–18 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and heated through.
06 - Remove from oven and serve immediately with crostini or pita chips while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For improved flavor, allow sausage mixture to cool slightly before topping the brie. Serve straight from the oven for ideal cheese consistency.
