Pop the cheese sticks in the freezer for half an hour so they don't melt too fast when you cook them.

Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop each bacon strip in half. Wrap the bacon around each cheese stick, making sure it's fully covered. Put them on a paper-lined tray with the loose ends facing down.

Get three bowls ready. Put flour in the first one, beaten eggs in the second, and mix the breadcrumbs with all the spices in the third bowl.

Take each bacon-wrapped cheese stick and roll it in flour first, then dunk it in egg, and finally coat it completely with the spicy breadcrumb mix.

Put all the coated sticks on your baking tray and cook them for 15-20 minutes until the bacon gets crispy and you can see the cheese starting to melt.
