01 - 12 string cheese sticks
02 - 12 slices of fatty bacon

03 - 1 cup plain flour
04 - 2 big eggs
05 - 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
06 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
08 - ½ teaspoon red pepper powder
09 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper

→ Garnish & Serving

10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs
11 - Tomato dipping sauce

# Directions:

01 - Pop the cheese sticks in the freezer for half an hour so they don't melt too fast when you cook them.
02 - Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop each bacon strip in half. Wrap the bacon around each cheese stick, making sure it's fully covered. Put them on a paper-lined tray with the loose ends facing down.
03 - Get three bowls ready. Put flour in the first one, beaten eggs in the second, and mix the breadcrumbs with all the spices in the third bowl.
04 - Take each bacon-wrapped cheese stick and roll it in flour first, then dunk it in egg, and finally coat it completely with the spicy breadcrumb mix.
05 - Put all the coated sticks on your baking tray and cook them for 15-20 minutes until the bacon gets crispy and you can see the cheese starting to melt.
