Toss the chicken, avocado pieces, cheddar, Ranch, cilantro bits, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper together in a big mixing bowl. Stir it all up until the mixture is even and everything is well blended.

Pop the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or toast them lightly in a pan until soft and easier to fold.

Lay out the tortillas and add the chicken and avocado mixture evenly onto each one. Fold in the ends and roll them up tightly like a burrito.

If you'd like a crunchy outside, cook the burritos seam-side down in a heated pan for a couple of minutes until the outside turns golden.
