Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos (Print View)

Tender chicken, avocado, and ranch meet in these quick, flavor-packed wraps that hit the spot any night.

# What You'll Need:

→ Stuffing

01 - 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
02 - Salt and pepper as you like it
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
05 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
06 - 1 avocado, cut into small cubes
07 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

→ Shell

08 - 4 large-sized flour tortillas

# Directions:

01 - Toss the chicken, avocado pieces, cheddar, Ranch, cilantro bits, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper together in a big mixing bowl. Stir it all up until the mixture is even and everything is well blended.
02 - Pop the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or toast them lightly in a pan until soft and easier to fold.
03 - Lay out the tortillas and add the chicken and avocado mixture evenly onto each one. Fold in the ends and roll them up tightly like a burrito.
04 - If you'd like a crunchy outside, cook the burritos seam-side down in a heated pan for a couple of minutes until the outside turns golden.
05 - Enjoy the burritos while they're still warm!
